BASIC SALARY: Negotiable (Based on Experience)

DUTIES:



  • Business development

  • Deal with Generalist roles (we do not specialize)

  • Negotiate at an executive level

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • MUST BE HAVE PROVEN EXCELLENCE IN COLD CALLING AND NEW BUSINESS


APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:



  • A National Senior Certificate

  • A tertiary education

  • 3+ years’ experience in Recruitment (with proven sales targets)

  • Computer literacy in Windows, MS Word and Excel

  • Excellent professional work standard

  • The ability to work under pressure, multitask and priorities

  • Problem solving skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Excellent people reading skills and the ability to interact with executive professionals

  • Solid business acumen, high energy levels and a hunger to achieve!

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent Business development skills
