Key Responsibilities, but not limited too:
â€¢ Diary management of Business Growth and Development Leader and set up of appointments and meetings for other support office employees when necessary.
â€¢ Updating the company calendar if and when necessary.
â€¢ Being a brand custodian - close liaison/ link with GAP on company changes and updates, coordinate input from units and SO for Facebook posts.
â€¢ Google Admin (changing basic information and passwords, adding employees to team drives)
â€¢ ensuring medical aid box is fully stocked, assisting with emergency drills and attending a health and safety refresher course if applicable.
â€¢ Manage the companyâ€™s facebook page with regards to comments, recruitment and general.
â€¢ Coordinate regular Newsletter from content creation where applicable to communication.
â€¢ Set up meetings as requested by department heads.
â€¢ Take minutes when required.
â€¢ Coordinate company functions, team building, workshops, exhibitions, launches and company wide gatherings
â€¢ Obtain quotations when required
â€¢ Oversee weekly grocery shopping
â€¢ Oversee or place Stationary orders
â€¢ Office maintenance when req.
â€¢ Support all departments and assist when needed/ project support
â€¢ Make travel and accommodation arrangements
â€¢ Coordinate internal communication regarding company news/ announcements
