Job Description
Supervising of Ground Staff
- Oversee daily duties of ground staff
- Check attendance and time keeping of staff
- Check and supervise work completed
Maintenance of campuses
- Reviews emails and requests for maintenance
- Delegate jobs to ground staff
- Check that jobs are completed correctly
- Perform maintenance as required across all elements required on the Campus
Security support
- Opens and closes school
- Arms and disarms all alarms
- Deals with any alarms that go off from the control room
Procurement of stock
- Check stock available
- Purchase required stock post authorization
- Submit slips for reconciliation to bursar
Key Skills / Requirements
- Grade 12
- Valid Drivers’ License
- 2 – 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance supervisor
- Clear criminal record
