Position for Hr Site Manager (mining)
Job Description
This is an exciting position for a candidate who enjoys working hands on in teams, building dynamic relationships and representing the company well. In working for a well established mine, one will be responsible for training, development and recruitment processes.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12.
B.Com in HRM / B.Soc.Sc Industrial Psychology Degree
10 years’ generalist HR exp.
3 years’ exp in a HR Management role
Computer literate & proficient in MS Excel
Knowledge on HR Systems and Management thereof.
Knowledge of labour law and some exposure to CCMA practices / BBBEE and Equity compliance
Must have a valid driver’s license.
