Job Summary
Position for Hr Officer (generalist)
Job Description
Determination to meet personal goals, objectives and customer expectations.
Relationship building and interpersonal Relationships and Conflict Handling.
Negotiations and Collective Bargaining Ability with Trade Unions and Shop Stewards.
Excellent Communication, Presentation and Problem solving skills.
Able to work in a pressurised and deadline driven environment.
Exhibit flexibility and adaptive to changing environments.
Ability to execute and Co Ordinate and organize events and Projects.
Meticulous attention to detail and high degree of Integrity and Confidentiality.
Be in possession of a valid driver’s licence and willing to travel locally and internationally
Computer literate with knowledge on HR software systems.
Self- motivated, Initiative, Persuasive
Language requirements:
Co-ordinate and assist in the development, interpretation, implementation and administration of ER policies, systems, processes, procedures and practices.
Assist and give advice on the interpretation, application and implementation of applicable labour legislation and Agreements.
Facilitate participation of all stakeholders in creating and maintaining sound and progressive workplace relations.
