Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage security measures to protect the organization's computer systems and networks.
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of security measures into the development and maintenance of systems.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts, incidents, and reports to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in cyber threats, security technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in the field of Cybersecurity.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of security principles and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus, and encryption.
- Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
