My client, an established concern within the realms of creative interiors, is needing to retain the services of a dynamic, pro-active individual who has the following credentials
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent Role
SECTOR: Sales / Administration
BASIC SALARY: R15 000 / Medical aid / Pension / Staff discount / Merit bonus
START DATE: 2019 or 2020
DUTIES
- To ensure the showroom is “always in peak condition” to invite potential business
- Meet / greet clients
- Professionally channel calls to recipients
- Administration – to support the sales team and pass on leads
- Communicating with clients telephonically (outbound) in regard to enquiries / leads / other
- Quotes
- Customer relationship database maintenance
- Ad hoc duties
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE
- Senior Certificate / Sales-Marketing Diploma / Admin preferred
- A clear credit and criminal record
- Between 2 – 3 years experience within an up market showroom dealing with interior décor / lighting / tiles / other
- Have excellent inter-personal skills (face-to-face / telephonically / electronically)
- Proficient in full MS Office package
- Previous exposure in working in a CRM package
- Have an excellent command in the English language /Afrikaans an advantage
- Previous experience in working in a sales driven environment
