This person will be responsible for sourcing investment properties, including existing and off plan residential and commercial properties, for our investor clients as well as our own funds and development companies.

So I’m looking for a male in his 30’s or 40’s that hustles and has exposure to investment property procurement. He has to be a full status estate agent.

Ideally a candidate with a legal or financial analysis, or technical property qualification. Must be able to do feasibilities and run forecasts and hungry to find those illusive best possible investment deals.

I’m also planning to grow the procurement team and then hopefully make this person head of the division, so must have good business acumen and be entrepreneurial.
