• Assist with up sale, in offering extra repairs and extra accessories once a vehicle has been chosen for initial damage repairs.
• Endeavour to increase the customer database and prospecting for potential business.
• Liaising with the workshop team to ensure completed vehicles are prepped to a high standard and are ready for delivery within the agreed timescale.
• Delegate and assist with the inspections of automobiles to ensure no damage occurred during the repair procedure and all’s in good condition
