• Manage internal/external ensuring deliverables on time
• Divide time between office and client
• Attention to detail .
• Socially adaptable
• Business acumen.
• Facilitating e.g. Agile
• High EQ
Essential
• Honours or Masters degree from a leading academic university.
• 5 - 7 years experience.
• Analytical skills, ability to influence change based on understanding of environments.
