Job Summary
Position for Office Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities, but not limited too:
• Diary management of Business Growth and Development Leader and set up of appointments and meetings for other support office employees when necessary.

• Updating the company calendar if and when necessary.

• Being a brand custodian - close liaison/ link with GAP on company changes and updates, coordinate input from units and SO for Facebook posts.

• Google Admin (changing basic information and passwords, adding employees to team drives)

• ensuring medical aid box is fully stocked, assisting with emergency drills and attending a health and safety refresher course if applicable.

• Manage the company’s facebook page with regards to comments, recruitment and general.

• Coordinate regular Newsletter from content creation where applicable to communication.

• Set up meetings as requested by department heads.

• Take minutes when required.

• Coordinate company functions, team building, workshops, exhibitions, launches and company wide gatherings

• Obtain quotations when required

• Oversee weekly grocery shopping

• Oversee or place Stationary orders

• Office maintenance when req.

• Support all departments and assist when needed/ project support

• Make travel and accommodation arrangements

• Coordinate internal communication regarding company news/ announcements
