Job Summary
Position for Millwright
Job Description
We have a position for a qualified Millwright in the Dbn area.
Duties (will include but not limited to):
Perform Electrical/Mechanical maintenance on all plant equipment
Maintenance, Fault finding and Repair on: Robotics, PLCs, Press Machines and All Plant facility equipment.
Servicing and Repair of Motors, Pumps, and other equipment.
Participation in machines and facility upgrade projects.
Perform Legal Compliance Checks on Equipment
Maintain quality standards in accordance with ISO standards.
TPM's, Production Time checks and Start Up checks on all plant facility.
Line Breakdown recovery, Root cause analysis and countermeasures Implementation.
Min Req:
Minimum N4 + Trade test Millwright or S4 with P1 and P2 completion.
Minimum 2 years post Qualification experience in manufacturing environment.
Knowledge PLC's, Robotics, Servo Control would be advantageous.
Knowledge of Electro - Pneumatics and Hydraulics would be advantageous.
Automation background advantageous
Must be prepared to work shifts, overtime and standby as and when required
