This position will require meticulous attention to detail in a relaxed environment with a passion for healthy, plant based and vegan foods. Must be a people’s-person.
Responsibilities
Managing the daily flow
Strong business sense and financial acumen
Must be friendly, service driven with passion for plant based food.
Compliance with all licensing, hygiene and health and safety regulations.
Stock control, stock take
Daily Cash ups, administrative duties.

Requirements
Own transport will be advantageous
Valid driver’s licence.
Confident, balanced and mature person
Resilient, adaptable.
Meticulous - attention to detail a must
Good time management skills.
Builds relationships/Relationship management
Good multitasking skills
Good communication skills.
Good numeracy skills.
Assertive
Guest orientated
Understands the importance of managing customer experience.
Proven experience an assistant / manger in a similar position (minimum 2-3 years)
