Position for Engineering Manager
Job Description
A multinational business is on the lookout for an Engineering Manager (Telecommunications) to streamline their operations across Africa and the Group.
The role is highly technical and will rely on this individual to provide leadership into this area and will play a large role in developing standards and procedures for the Group.
This Engineering Manager role has a large focus on Quality standards, new product solutions and will face complex engineering hurdles along his/her path.
Some KPIs:
- Technical oversight
- Structural analysis
- Taking the lead on development standards
- Providing leadership for upgrades
- Developing solutions for complex Engineering challenges
Requirements:
- Experience in the Telecommunications field is essential
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering is essential
- Minimum of 15 years Construction experience within Telecommunications
