Job Description
Scout smart ideas is a proudly Cape Town based company. We have introduced the much loved nerf gun as a party alternative for children’s birthdays. We provide a hassle free, fun and safe party experience for parents around Cape Town. We come to you, do all the set up, supply all the equipment and host a high energy, fun fuelled party - leaving the kids happy, delighted and bushed by the end.
Scout is looking for a young (or not young) and energetic individual to come onboard and host parties for us. This will require the person to be great with kids (this is a non negotiable) have a lot of energy and a VERY positive attitude. We expect the best and provide the best experience for our clients. After all, this is a Childs birthday and It needs to be special and professionally run from start to finish.
You will be required to have your own transport (bakkie an added bonus), to load and ensure all elements are packed and ready prior to the event, drive to and from the event with an assistant,liaise with parents on arrival and during the event in a mature and professional manner, set up the battle arena at the event, give safety briefings, equip all children with the correct equipment and ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times, manage and control all children for the duration of the event in a friendly and professional manner, pack up all elements post event and return to base camp once completed.
