The role will be initially paid weekly until permanent contracts are offered. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm for a salary of between R11000 to R12000 PM. The FULL details of the roles have not been released just yet but we want to get a head start in recruiting for the right people.
The role will entail the following:
- Answering queries over the phone and dealing with questions from both clients and customers
- Navigating through the system whilst on the phone to assist with the query and come to a resolution
- Clearing down the backlog of queries via email and resolving them.
- Maintaining an excellent telephone manner when speaking to clients.
- Raising purchase orders and contacting clients to double check contact details/addresses
- Organising dispatches and logistics.
