Job Summary
Position for Buyer
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Drafting Forecasts.
Reporting
Build sound relationships with Suppliers.
Maintain minimum stock levels.
Provide full stock forecasting.
Follow up on outstanding orders and receive new orders.
Process Purchase Orders.
Source good quality products at the best price.
Order all stock for production including consumables, accessories & maintenance items.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric.
Relevant Procurement / Financial qualification.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and any accounting software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Manufacturing background.
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
Own Transport and must reside in Pietermaritzburg.
Must be able to work under extreme pressure.
Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
Package & Remuneration.
R20 000 per month, cost to company.
