Job Summary
Position for Bookkeeper
Job Description
Our Client a Product Distributor Supplier in Montague Gardens is looking for a bookkeeper with 4-5 years experience in Doing the full Accounting Function Up to Management Accounts to the Outsourced Accounting firm as well as a Payroll of +- 40 Staff members on Pastel or Pastel Payroll.

Min Requirements
Matric and a Qualification would be an added advantage.

Minimum of 4 - 5 yrs accounting experience
Basic Bookkeeping Principles.
Computer Skills - (MS Office, Email, Pastel)
Knowledge and experience in Pastel and Pastel Payroll.
Petty Cash Reconciliations.
Oversee Full Accounting functions
Controlling Debtors/Creditors
Submission of all documents on time
SARS.
Accounting Administration Task
Annual VAT/Payroll reconciliations / Year end Journals • Compilation and analysis of information to prepare annual Financial Statements for Auditing
Payroll - Monthly Salaries and Payroll Weekly / Hourly wages.
Handling of all HR related queries/issues
Monthly SARS Related payments and issues – PAYE, SDL, UIF and Yearly IRP5’s.
